HOW DO I GET PREMIER STATUS ON MY BRILLIANT DISTINCTIONS ACCOUNT?

Go to the Year of Brilliance page and use the “Buy Now” button to upgrade your Brilliant Distinctions account. You’ll pay a $200 registration fee, and then you’ll immediately get that $200 back in rewards deposited to your BD account.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY ADDITIONAL $200 IN REWARDS EVERY 90 DAYS?

Nothing! They’ll automatically be added to your account through the end of your premier status year.

HOW CAN I USE THESE REWARDS?

Think of them as two $100 rebates. You can apply them to Latisse or SkinMedica product purchases or to any Allergan cosmetic procedure. When you order from SkinSolutions, you’ll enter the codes just like any other BD coupon. You can use them separately or together, but each reward rebate can only be applied to one product.

DO THE REWARDS EXPIRE?

Yes—you need to use each $200 within 90 days of receiving them, or they’ll expire.

WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR MY LATISSE DUO DEAL? I THOUGHT IT WAS FREE?

Your Year of Brilliance rewards are more like a rebate than a coupon. You’ll be charged $200 for your Latisse Duo Deal and will receive free shipping. When your Year of Brilliance rewards have been received, verified, and processed, you’ll receive a $200 refund. This may take several business days, including the time for your bank to reflect the refund on your card.

If you used BOTH Year of Brilliance rewards coupons in the same order for two Latisse or SkinMedica products (valued at more than $100 each) with us, we will ALSO refund an additional $25 plus the cost of shipping as our bonus to you.

I'M NEW TO USING LATISSE. DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR MY PRESCRIPTION CONSULTATION?

No, there are no hidden fees whatsoever! The cost of your prescription consultation with Dr. Verma is included in the price of your Latisse.

CAN I COMBINE PRODUCTS TO REACH A TOTAL OF $200 AND USE MY REWARDS TO GET A FULL REBATE?

Not unless each product is $100 or more. For example, if you bought a Latisse 5mL for $139 and a SkinMedica product for $61, each of the $100 rebates would apply to one of the products, so you would get the SkinMedica product for free (and forfeit the remaining $39 of that reward rebate) and pay $39 for your Latisse after the rebate.

CAN I USE ALL $200 OF MY REWARDS ON A PRODUCT THAT COSTS $200 OR MORE?

No—each $100 rewards rebate can only be applied to one product.

CAN I USE A REWARDS COUPON ON A SKINMEDICA PRODUCT THAT COSTS LESS THAN $100?

Yes, but you’ll only receive a refund for the amount you paid for the product. The remainder of the coupon’s value will be forfeited.

DOES THE REWARDS COUPON COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, no—the Year of Brilliance rewards coupon only applies to the cost of the product and is not valid for shipping.

However, if you spend both your rewards coupons for the quarter in one order on two Latisse or SkinMedica products each valued over $100 here at SkinSolutions, we will give you another $25 back plus refund your shipping.

HOW DO I GET THE BONUS SAVINGS FROM SKINSOLUTIONS?

Choose two products that each cost over $100 from Latisse or SkinMedica here at SkinSolutions. Use both of your $100 Year of Brilliance rewards coupons—one per product—in the same order when you check out. You’ll be charged the full price plus shipping for your products when the order is placed. When we have verified and processed your Year of Brilliance rewards coupons, we will refund you that $200, AND we will refund you an additional $25 plus the cost of shipping. It may take several days for the refund to appear on your card, but you don’t have to do anything else—we do it all for you!

CAN I USE REGULAR BD COUPONS IN SAME ORDER AS MY YEAR OF BRILLIANCE REWARDS?

Absolutely! As long as your order balance is at least equal to the amount of your BD coupon after the Year of Brilliance rewards are applied, you can simply enter your coupon code as you normally do and receive that cash back as well. So for example, if you ordered products totaling $250 and you’re receiving $200 back in Year of Brilliance rewards, you can use up to $50 in regular BD coupons on that order as well.

WILL I EARN BRILLIANT DISTINCTIONS POINT ON MY LATISSE OR SKINMEDICA ORDER EVEN IF I'M GETTING A FULL REBATE FROM YEAR OF BRILLIANCE REWARDS?

Yes, you will! You’ll earn points at the same rate that you always do.
